How long does shipping actually take?

About 10–15 days door to door, shipped DDP (duties paid) direct from our China facility to 58 countries. A handful of countries are restricted for compliance reasons — message us if you're unsure yours is covered.
What if customs holds my package?

It happens occasionally — typically 1–5 extra business days, and we cover any duties or re-routing fees ourselves. If a shipment is rejected outright (rare, under 0.3% of orders), we re-ship once at no cost.
What if something arrives wrong, damaged, or doesn't match the batch report?

Full refund or reshipment if the item is wrong, damaged, or the lot doesn't match what you ordered, reported within 30 days with the batch number from your vial. See the refund policy on the main site for the complete terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
